To make the most of cycling in Bali, it is best to be on the road early. All of our Bali by Bike trips will leave from our accommodation at 6.30am, where we will be greeted by our happy-go-lucky guide Gede and support team, soft morning air, and spectacular golden sunrises.
There is a practicality to leaving this early too. Not only will you be off the main roads and into the villages before most Balinese wake up, you will also beat the afternoon heat, making it home to the accommodation ready to jump into the pool by lunchtime.
We cover approximately 450km across the five days, so you will soon see that the early morning starts are worth it!
It also leaves more time for swimming, relaxing, experiencing Bali in the afternoon, and a nap before dinner 🙂
